How about we start getting ready for the spring cleaning in the houses by identifying objects we do not need anymore, one fine weekend in spring organize a multi house estate sale! advertise and invite the neighbors with tea and drinks and perhaps even some music.The first choice could be reserved for Triform houses, an exchange of goods and the rest can all go!
